Trying to Not be a Slacker!

Since my daughter’s birthday, things have been nuts! I hosted an Oz themed party for her the following Saturday, my son has been sick almost non stop and rehearsals and preparations for our church’s Hallelujah Night have begun!

I find that in these busy seasons it’s easy to slack on the important stuff- especially my time with The Lord. So I’m thinking that tonight, I will go to bed early (instead of my usual “oh dang! It’s midnight! Better go to sleep!) so it can be easier to wake up and enjoy some time with my One True Love!

Make the time to spend with The Lord. Trust me- the enemy will do all he can to have you be a slacker, but don’t be a slacker.

Also- I think this is my new response to all those “Keep Calm…” things!
