From chopping, to freezer to crock pot!

This weekend I tried something new! At this moment, I have 5 gallon sized freezer bags in my freezer with an entire meal in them! We are trying a total of 3 recipes, two of them new!! The one I’ve made before (though not with the freezer part) is a beef stew with LOTS of veggies! The new recipes are a minestrone soup and a healthy BBQ chicken!! I’m so excited to try them!! My daughter had a blast measuring seasonings into the bags, opening cans and washing veggies for me to chop! As we experiment with this and find recipes we like, I will gladly share!!!
